Participation, Material Delivery & Refund Policy

The following terms apply to the courses, classes, and educational programs of Quantum LIGHT School – Tanji Vierig Williams.

1. Course Information

Each course or educational program is announced with clear details including:

  • date of the course
  • start time
  • duration
  • subject or topic
  • educational material provided
  • platform where the course is conducted

Courses may take place through platforms such as:

  • Zoom
  • Udemy
  • or other equivalent digital learning platforms.

2. Delivery of Educational Material

The educational material for each course is provided in digital format.

The material is delivered on the day the course begins or during the educational process.

The material may include:

  • course notes
  • diagrams
  • symbols
  • exercises
  • presentations
  • book excerpts
  • supplementary educational material

Access to the material is provided via electronic delivery or through the respective educational platform.

3. Recording & Educational Platforms

Some courses may be recorded for educational purposes.

These recordings may be provided to participants through:

  • Zoom recordings
  • Udemy
  • or other digital learning platforms

Recordings are considered part of the educational material and are protected under Quantum LIGHT intellectual property policies.

4. Quantum LIGHT School Cancellation Policy by Tanji Vierig Williams

At Quantum LIGHT School, we value your time and energy as well as our own. To maintain clarity, respect, and integrity in all sessions and courses, we kindly ask that you honor the following cancellation guidelines:

1. Private Sessions (1:1 Appointments)

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% session fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee.

2. Group Classes, Workshops & Courses

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund (excluding any processing fees).
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future class.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable, except in cases of verified medical emergency.

3. Missed Classes (Multi-Session Courses)

  • No refunds are provided for missed classes.
  • When available, recordings or make-up options may be offered at the school’s discretion.

4. Emergencies & Compassion Clause

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly. We are committed to handling such situations with understanding, flexibility, and care wherever possible.

5. License to Access Educational Material

By enrolling in a course or educational program of Quantum LIGHT Schools, the participant receives a personal and non-transferable license to access the corresponding educational material.

This license is granted exclusively for personal educational use.

Access to the material may be provided through:

  • digital learning platforms
  • recorded classes
  • electronic educational material

The following are not permitted without written authorization:

  • sharing access with third parties
  • reproducing or copying the material
  • uploading or publicly publishing the material
  • teaching or using the material outside the official framework of Quantum LIGHT Schools

The license of access does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.
